A Stevens Point High School gymnast has taken his fight to compete to court.

Keith Bukowski and his mother have filed a complaint in Portage County Circuit Court against the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association.

Bukowski works out and practices with the girls gymnastics team because Stevens Point Area Senior High School doesn't have a boys team.

But, the W-I-A-A won't let Bukowski compete on the girls team.

Bukowski and his mom say there's a double standard because girls are allowed to compete on boys teams, including football and wrestling.
