Human Remains Found

Remains found in Northern Monroe County near the Village of Cataract have been identified as those of a missing Sparta couple.
It's been more than two years since Kale Kvistad and his girlfriend Connie Degeorge disappeared from their home on easter weekend, leaving both their vehicles in the driveway and children in their beds unharmed.
At a news conference today, Monroe County authorities said remains found by hunters last Saturday are those of the missing couple.
They say preliminary information indicates the deaths were homicides, though a specific cause of death has not yet been determined.
