Soldier Killed

A Clark County family is mourning the loss of a 36-year-old soldier who was killed in a roadside bomb while serving in Iraq.
36-Year-Old Staff Sergeant Todd Olson, of Loyal, has died.
Olson Served in a Wisconsin National Guard Unit in Neillsville, which is headquartered in Eau Claire at the 128th Infantry Battalion.
Nancy Olson, Todd Olson's wife says the family had been told early Sunday that Todd had been injured.
But Later that evening they were informed he had died from his injuries.
Olson and his wife have four children. He was a member of the Loyal School Board before resigning when his unit was activated.
Olson is the 32nd soldier from Wisconsin to be killed during fighting in Iraq.
Meantime, a memorial fund has been set up for the family in the name of Todd Olson. Donations can be dropped off or sent to any M & I Bank location. The account number is 34465288.
