Boy Shoots Himself Accidentally

Police say a 3-year-old Kenosha boy apparently found a pistol that was kept in a nightstand and accidentally shot himself in the chest.

Joshua Lesnick was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Officers say the boy was home with his mother and 5-year-old brother yesterday morning when the accident happened. His father was at work.

Police say no one was around the boy when the gun went off.

The shooting remains under investigation and no charges have been filed.
