Worse For Wear?

An eight-year-old Connecticut boy is aiming for a new record with a Wisconsin tie -- but it's not one many people are likely to copy.

David Witthoft is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan who got a Brett Favre jersey on Christmas Day 2003.

And he's been wearing it ever since. That's 408 straight days and counting.

David aspires to a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for most consecutive days wearing a Packers jersey. There's currently no such record.

His mother, Carolyn, says David's parents kept thinking his interest would wear off, but David's very determined.

The Number Four has all but worn off and the seams are taking a beating as David grows. Mom washes it at night.

She says David does have to take the shirt off for church, but he puts it back on as soon as he gets home.

Packers president Bob Harlan called the eight-year-old "another typical die-hard cheesehead."
