Lakeside nursing home in Chippewa Falls has been given a clean bill of health from the state.
Lakeside administrator Deb Boyd says in a news release that surveyors from the Wisconsin Department of Health have removed the recent immediate jeopardy deficiency.
The nursing home recently failed an inspection which included two incidents that involved patient care.
In one incident, an improper feeding technique was used on a resident who died two weeks afterward.
Another resident was injured when a garbage can was placed under her recliner to prevent the woman from getting out.
