Third Teen Arrested in Robbery and Shooting

Sixteen-year-old Jong Her, along with 15-year-old Porye Xiong, who was taken into custody Monday, both made initial appearances by video-teleconferencing in Eau Claire County Circuit Tuesday afternoon.

The juveniles are being charged as adults with attempted first degree intentional homicide and armed robbery.

The criminal complaint says the three Eau Claire teens met with the three alleged robbers, and told them about the lay-out of the store, including a surveillances system.

After the group made the robbery plans, the 16-year-old drove the three armed robbers to the store to first look things over.

The complaint also says the cash register stolen in the robbery was found empty, the morning after the crime, alongside I-94 in St. Croix County.

The two teens are being held in the juvenile detention center on a $75,000 cash bond.

Police are still looking for the alleged shooter, 21-year-old Yatau Her, who escaped from a California youth center in December.
