The Green Bay Police Department says one of the two men wanted in the death of a Tomah man on Christmas day turned himself in Thursday afternoon.
Police says 23-year-old Todd Ennis of Green Bay turned himself in around 1:30 Thursday afternoon.
Ennis is being held at the Brown County Jail for 1st degree reckless homicide and party to a crime of a dangerous weapon.
Police are still looking for 18-year-old Jacob Kniess also of Green Bay.
Officers say around 1:00 a.m. Monday morning 27-year-old Justin Thomas of Tomah was found lying on the ground, bleeding from his ears outside a Green Bay home. He died the next day.
