A former Polk County teacher aide facing sexual assault charges appeared in court Friday.

39-year-old Brenda Baillargeon will stand trial after she pleaded not guilty Friday. Baillargeon is charged with having sex with a 16-year-old male student.

Investigators say Baillargeon worked at Amery High School where the 16-year-old boy went to school. Court documents show she and the teenager had sex ten times and were engaged to be married.

Court records show even after the boy's mother got a restraining order against Baillargeon, the relationship continued. Baillargeon's trial date has not been set yet.

i think that is just descusting we should be able to trust the teachers in the school but how can anyone when this is going on?
