Bond is set Wednesday (today) for a Cadott couple accused of duct-taping their two boys together and pouring water on them as they stood outside without their pants on.

James Dickinsen is charged with child abuse. His wife, Sarah Dickinsen, is charged with child neglect.

A criminal complaint says, on October 18th, a sheriff's investigator and social worker spoke with their 6-year-old boy, who had multiple bruises on his body, at the elementary school.

The other son is 8 years old.

The two boys were taken out of the home. Neither parent is allowed to have contact with them.

James is on probation with a $1,500 signature bond and Sarah's bond was set for the same amount.

The sad thing is, they will eventually be given back to the parents.
