In a second court appearance Tuesday, 24-year-old Lucas Brackin pleaded no contest and was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault of a child.
Brackin was sentenced to 10 years in prison and ten years extended supervision and will also testify against convenience store owner Steven Osterman.
Osterman is also charged in the case where prosecutors say three boys were sexually assaulted hundreds of times over several years.
Assistant district attorney Andrew Maki also says Brackin is required to register as a sex offender, get counselling and pay restitution to victims.
Brackin was also sentenced to six years to be served concurrently for parole violations in a 1999 sexual assault case.
