Man Charged in Sexual Assault of Patient

An employee is of a Wood County mental health facility is charged with sexually assaulting a patient at the facility.

Forty-five-year-old James Garbisch of Marshfield is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault. Garbisch works at Norwood Health Center in Marshfield where he assists with patient care.

The female patient told investigators Garbisch took her into a bathroom and assaulted her last Sunday.

Judge Edward Zappen Junior has set a signature bond for Garbisch, who's due back in court January fifth.
