Two Men Arrested, In Jail After Home Invasion, Police Chase
At four o'clock in the morning, yesterday, three armed intruders entered a home occupied by a couple and their thirteen-month old daughter.
Officers say for more than an hour the couple, ages twenty-nine and thirty, and their baby watched as the intruders ransacked their home.\
Deputy Chief Gary Foster says based on Sunday's events and information collected at an area hotel the suspects were staying at, drugs were a motive.
Deputy Foster says the behavior displayed...paranoia and what was displayed during the chase and the activities themselves fall in with the use of meth.
A bail hearing has been scheduled in St. Croix county for one of the alleged assailants.
