New Bishop
Bishop Jerome Listecki of Chicago officially took over the position of Bishop for Diocese of La Crosse today.
It comes more than a year after La Crosse Bishop Raymond Burke left to become Archbishop of Saint Louis.
Bishop Listecki says it's still too early to say what changes he expects to make to the Diocese.
He says he will continue to support former Bishop Raymond Burke's directives, like no tolerance for sexual abuse by priests, and denial of the Eucharist for elected officials supporting pro-abortion.
