A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with the reported kidnapping of an Eau Claire teen this week.

The other suspects from the case also made their initial appearances in Eau Claire County Court.
The driver of the car during the teen's release, 19-year-old Catherine Clingensmith of Eau Claire, was placed under a $1,000 cash bond due in part to an ative felonyfile for drug use.
25-year-old Demond T. Johnson of Chicago has an extensive history with area law enforcement, and was labeled as one of the major participants in the teen's assault. He was placed under $25,000 cash bond.
Lashamby L. Reborn, a 32-year-old Eau Claire man, was labeled the primary negotiator while the teen was being held. He was also placed under a $25,000 cash bond.
According to the district attourney's office, 28-year-old Frederick D. Johnson of Eau Claire was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon.
"The victim identified through police line up Mr. Johnson, Mr. Frederick Johnson and he was interviewed by Dectective Nicks," says Gary Schuster. "Subsequent to that interview, we think there was enough to charge him also."
