Chippewa County Sheriff's authorities say juvenile charges are pending against a 12 year old girl who allegedly threatened the life of a Stanley school bus driver this morning.
Authorities say the girl was on the bus when she approached the driver, said she had a weapon in her bag and threatened his life.
Authorities say the driver grabbed the girl's bag where they say a 13 inch kitchen knife with an eight inch blade was recovered.
The Stanley School District Administrator said counseling was available for students who were on the bus when the incident occurred.
