Phillips PC Peripherals is recalling 15,000 Hewlett-Packard flat-panel computer monitors, citing a report of one person who suffered an electric shock from the device.

Officials with the Consumer Product Safety Commission say a ground clip inside the back of the HP L2035 model with the serial numbers ranging from CNP352Y001 to CNP423Y1HS can be installed the wrong way.

They were sold to businesses from February of 2003 to this past October.
