Father and Son Accused of Inappropriate Behavior in Court

A father and son who were kicked out of Boy Scouts after allegations surfaced of child pornography and inappropriate behavior towards children were both in court Thursday morning (today).

Investigators say they found a dozen pornographic images of children downloaded on 18-year-old Colin Schye's computer.

Colin was an Eagle scout and his father, 55-year-old Thomas Schye, was a scoutmaster.

The elder Schye faces a misdemeanor charge after an officer said he saw Thomas watching children at a restaurant play area.

That officer went on to say Schye followed a young boy into the bathroom.

The allegations aren't related to either man's involvement with the scouts.
