Attorney General Candidate Visits Eau Claire
Bucher, who's been the district attorney in Waukesha for the past sixteen years, announced his candidacy Tuesday and Wednesday launched what he called an "accountability and responsibility" tour.
Bucher was joined by Eau Claire District Attorney Rich White and says if elected he will restore respect and confidence to the office, something he says is severely lacking under the current Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager.
Bucher also accuses Lautenschlager of abusing her power especially against the business community and specifically against utility companies.
