A new report released Wednesday gives Wisconsin's economy a passing grade, but says there is definitely room for improvement.
The Wisconsin Taxpayers Alilance gives the state's economy a -B to a C+ overall.

It also showed Wisconsin lagging behind the national average in the number of residents holding college and graduate degrees.
In Wisconsin twenty four percent of residents have a college degree, compared to twenty seven percent nationwide
