I am Lee Balk's middle child (of five). I am so very amazed that someone would take the time to try and find the owner,in this case, my Dad. Most people would have thrown the dipolma away and thought no more about it. Thank you very much Dave!!! I am curious as to who lived there before you and how did my Dad's personal things surface there? Hope to hear the remaining story.
