Man arrested for 11th OWI, speeding past school bus
RUSK COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) -- An Altoona man has been arrested for his 11th OWI after he made a dangerous pass by a school bus in Rusk County.
58-year-old Michael Malone was arrested sometime after 3:30 Friday afternoon.
The Wisconsin State Patrol said a Bruce School District Bus Driver was stopped when she noticed Malone passing the buss and hitting a mailbox.
Troopers said Malone was later found passed out in his car and he was arrested.
Charges are pending in both Rusk and Chippewa Counties.
