More than 25 years after a Rusk county man was gunned down in his driveway, two men have been arrested in the case.
Authorities say 52-year-old Harold Rogers of Ladysmith, and his brother, 46-year-old Dale Rogers of Sheldon were arrested Wednesday in connection with the August, 1979 death of Robert Pfeil.
Pfeil, who was 28 at the time of his death, was killed at his rural Rusk county residence.
The Rogers' were two of three people indicted by a state grand jury convened last summer by Rusk County District Attorney Kathleen Pakes.
Both men are expected to be formally charged in the homicide by next week.
