La Crosse Officers Search For Suspected Police Impersonator
Police are looking for a man they say tried to convince women to get in his car by telling them he was an undercover officer. He was driving a Crown Victoria or Caprice with a spotlight on it by a kids' hangout called Crossfires in La Crosse.
Police say it happened around 11 Saturday night, and describe the man as being about five-foot-eight or 6-feet tall and African-American, early to mid 20's with a thin build and short black hair.
