Altoona School District Budget Cuts
The Altoona School board made a series of budget cuts yesterday.
This was done in response to a failed referendum earlier this month.
The district has cut more then 600-hundred thousand dollars from its school budget.
Four teaching jobs were eliminated along with cuts to the fifth and sixth grade basketball program.
More cuts are expected next year.
