The man accused of hitting and killing a little boy in Trempealeau County is now facing charges.
Court records show 50-year-old Robert Kreibich of Arcadia is charged with failure to report an accident to police.
He'll be in court on that charge in March, but the sheriff's department is still asking for information on the deadly crash last Sunday.
Investigators say 5-year-old Matt McKay was sledding on a hill in front of his home when he was hit and killed.
