The Eau Claire School District says it did not receive beef from Westland slaughter house.
Food Services director, Sue Brown says the state confirms the beef didn't come from Westland. The California company is accused of abusing cows.
The Humane Society of the United States released a video showing the slaughterhouse's workers there kicking, shocking, prodding, and dragging sick cows into the plant.
The USDA is still investigating and a hold is still in affect for other schools who did receive beef believed to be from Westland.
Brown says the district will stick with their non-meat menus this week, and will be back to serving beef patties next week.
