The man who deputies say hit a Marathon County Sheriff's Deputy with his snowmobile this weekend, will be in court tomorrow.

The jail supervisor says 47-year-old, Joey Holzem of Wausau, is being held charges of first degree reckless endangerment, battery to a law enforcement officer, and causing injury by intoxicated use of a snowmobile.

He will make his initial court appearance Monday afternoon.

The Sheriff's Department says the deputy was responding to a disturbance at a bar northeast of Wausau when Holzem ran him over.

The deputy suffered minor injuries.
