The rain didn't come between people from Eleva and their 47th annual Broiler Fest this weekend. Organizers say despite the weather, money was still flowing in thanks to beer and chicken sales.
"You know what kind of money you're going to make and all off that money goes toward the school in the area and the local parks and you know you can do everything that they want you to do when you got a weekend like this," said Broiler Fest President Brett Semingson.
"It's really a good feeling when it's all done."
About 300 people from town donate their time or talent in some way to contribute to the weekend's festivities.
