An accused bank robber says he's not guilty of bail jumping charges that could cost his parents their home.
Twenty-nine-year-old Mark Bolinger of Stratford has been bound over for trial in Marathon County Circuit Court on charges that he violated his bond in the robbery case.
Court records show he's in danger of forfeiting his parent's $175,000 property. A decision on that issue is expected to be made by a judge in April. The court decided he can remain free on the property bond until that decision is made.
Authorities say he failed to check in at jail three times. He had been ordered to check in twice each week. He says it was a misunderstanding after he asked to be allowed to check in less often.
He's scheduled for trial in May in the robbery case.
