Drunk Driver Sentenced

A Black River Falls man accused of driving drunk and killing his passenger will spend 10 years in prison.
21-year-old Ian Whitegull was also sentenced to five years of extended supervison Tuesday. He pleaded no contest to an amended charge in January.
Investigators say Whitegull tried to pass a logging truck on Highway 54 and County Road K Northeast of Black River Falls last April. They say he clipped it, and rolled his car several times.
17-year-old Lyle Krause was killed. Two others were hurt
