A Dunn County man is on trial in Ohio for allegedly beating a man to death nearly 40 years ago.

63-year-old Robert Sosnoskie was arrested last May at his home in Downing. He's accused of murdering 76-year-old Perry Smith near Dayton, Ohio in June 1971.

In trial testimony, investigators say Sosnoskie was arrested after a computerized fingerprint match. If convicted, Sosnoskie could face 15 years to life in prison.
