The Everest Metro Police Chief says three siblings of an 11-year-old Weston girl who died from untreated diabetes have been removed from the home.
The Chief says an agreement was reached between the parents of Madeline Neumann and social services experts that the move would be in the best interests of everyone.
Madeline died sunday at her rural Weston home from an undiagnosed but treatable form of diabetes. Her parents had not taken her to a doctor in years and instead relied on prayer to heal her.
