A former Polk County teacher's aide, accused of having sex with a student, was in court yesterday.

Investigators say 39-year-old Brenda Baillargeon worked at the Amery High School.

That’s where the 16-year-old boy she's accused of assaulting went to school.

On Friday morning, Baillargeon entered no contest pleas for one count of sex assault of a student by school staff and one count of child enticement with sexual contact.

The judge dismissed three other felony charges.

Court documents show Baillargeon and the 16-year old-boy had sex ten times and were engaged to be married.
