A Tomah man charged in a double murder is expected to enter a plea Monday afternoon.
John Tetting, Jr. is charged in the deaths of 31-year-old Joshua Alderman of La Crosse and his 23-year-old girlfriend Tabatha Nealy of Wisconsin Rapids.
A prosecutor says Tetting agreed to plead guilty to some form of homicide in the case.
According to the criminal complaint, Tetting drove an accomplice, David Turner, to a remote location in the Town of Finley last year where Turner was going to talk about a drug distribution conspiracy with Alderman.
It says Turner then shot and killed both Alderman and Nealy.
