Students in the Chippewa Falls School District will see some of their school days shortened next year.
The Board of Education decided Monday night to use two Wednesdays a month as collaboration time for staff members.
On those days, elementary students will start school at 8:43 a.m.
Middle school and high school students will begin their days at 9:23 a.m.
Superintendent Mike Schoch says teachers will use the time to work as teams to improve student achievement.
