Northeastern Minnesota and northern Wisconsin are bracing for another spring storm that could bring a foot or more of new snow by Friday night.
The National Weather Service issued a blizzard watch for the Twin Ports area early Wednesday for Thursday evening through Friday evening.
The watch covers Carlton and southern St. Louis counties in Minnesota and Douglas County in northern Wisconsin
