The state attorney general is pressing 13 oil companies for information as she investigates allegations of market manipulation in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
Peg Lautenschlager is asking the oil companies whether fuel shortages occurred and if increased prices were justified.
Lautenschlager wants a response by November 10, 2005.
