Menard Inc. Releases Documents

Menards home improvement company has turned over thousands of documents about its hiring practices to the E.E.O.C, something the company had resisted despite a federal court order.

The company's lawyers showed up in court Wednesday with seven cardboard boxes filled with employment records

Nine minority employees allege the retailer discriminates in its hiring and promotion practices.

Menard has about 200 stores and 27,000 employees.
