Residents in Clark county are raising a stink over the growing amount of manure left by Amish horses on buggy trips to Loyal .
Mayor Randy Anderson says the city handled the issue three years ago with a gentleman's agreement that horses would only use designated roads.
In exchange, the Amish didn't have to put devices on their horses to catch the droppings.
But, the mayor says even those routes are the subject of complaints because of the increased buggy traffic.
Residents will be able to air their grievances to the city council's police committee Thursday night.
