Several Roads Closed Due to Flooding
Flooding in Rock County, south of Madison, has emergency management there passing out thousands of sandbags and sand.

Why is there no way to find out what roads are closed, or which route one can take to go South toward Illinois. What would we do in case of an emergency or if we were under attack??????

You can find the closed roads listed here: http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/travel/incident-alerts.htm ,good luck. I, myself, am trying to get to Minneapolis on Friday.
