Eau Claire's trees are turning heads again.

For the 29th year, the Arbor Day Foundation named Eau Claire a "Tree City U.S.A." community.

Eau Claire won the name for meeting four standards.

You have to have a tree board or department, a tree care ordinance, a comprehensive community forestry program, and cities have to observe Arbor Day.
