Hudson Slayings

Over three years since two funeral home workers were shot to death in Hudson, a prosecutor says he'll present strong circumstantial evidence that Father Ryan Erickson killed the home's director and intern.
A St. Croix county District Attorney says the evidence will be presented during a so-called John Doe hearing before a judge next week.
He says the Judge will rule whether the evidence provides probable cause that the late Father killed the men in Hudson and committed other crimes.
No charges have ever been filed in the deaths of Dan O'Connell and James Ellison. They were shot in the funeral home office.
Father Erickson was found hanged in December at a church in Hurley several days after police questioned him about the killings and he denied any involvement.
