An Eau Claire Elementary School is Making Pennies Count
The students and staff at Sherman Elementary are using their pennies to help children in central Asia receive the materials needed for a better education.

An Eau Claire elementary school is making their pennies count.
The students and staff at Sherman Elementary are using their pennies to help children in central Asia receive the materials needed for a better education.
"Pennies for Peace" teaches students to share and work together for global peace.
The eight week project comes to an end Friday when Sherman Elementary School will announce just how many pennies they have saved up.
