Business Owner Faces Charges

A MAN FROM CADOTT HAD HIS INITIAL APPEARANCE IN COURT TUESDAY. HE'S CHARGED WITH A MISDEMEANOR FOR PURCHASING BEAR BAIT, REPACKAGING IT AND PUTTING IT ON HIS SHELVES AS BREAKFAST CEREAL.
BENJAMIN MILLER, OWNER OF BEN'S COUNTRY STORE IN CADOTT WAS REPRESENTED BY HIS ATTORNEY.
MILLER'S ATTORNEY ENTERED A NOT-GUILTY PLEA ON FIVE COUNTS.
MILLER WAS ISSUED A 500 HUNDRED DOLLAR SIGNATURE BOND, AND WAS ORDERED TO APPLY BY ALL STATE REGULATIONS.
SINCE THE ACCUSATIONS THE STORE HAS PASSED AN INSPECTION AND IS CURRENTLY STILL OPERATING.
