A firefighter from Minneapolis who's accused of killing a man in Northwestern Wisconsin is now facing second-degree intentional homicide charges.

32-year-old Kyle Huggett is accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old John Peach in January when Peach broke through the door into the home where Huggett's girlfriend lived in Burnett County.

It happened near Danbury, Wisconsin. The charge was filed Tuesday in Burnett County court. Prosecutors say the woman Huggett was dating used to date Peach. Huggett was arrested then released on bond. He's due in court Wednesday.
