Eau Claire police say a girl has been referred to juvenile intake after a mobile home started on fire last weekend.

Lieutenant Tim Golden says they received reports that a child was playing around an abandoned mobile home Sunday on Revere Street. Golden says the 12 year old girl was experimenting with matches in the mobile home, thought they were out and left.

The fire was quickly put out.
