TREMPEALEAU, Wis -- A 19-year-old is in jail after leading officers on a high speed chase through Trempealeau County and hitting a squad car twice.
Austin Ratkus was arrested late Saturday night. The Trempealeau Police Department says officers attempted to pull Ratkus over for traffic violations but instead of stopping he sped up.
