Some Vikings Players Allegedly Involved In Lewd Behavior

Minnesota Vikings coach Mike Tice says allegations of a sex party involving Vikings players couldn't come at a worse time for the struggling team.

Tice wouldn't comment on the allegations that Vikings players may have been involved in lewd behavior on two charter boats on Lake Minnetonka last week.

But at a news conference, Tice said he's not happy -- and that the timing of the allegations, which he stressed are allegations, is "unfortunate."

The Vikings are one-and-three heading into Sunday's game at N-F-C North rival Chicago. The team has brought in extra coaching help and also is trying to gain legislative approval for a new stadium in Anoka County.

The allegations come on the heels of a two-day retreat at which Tice says the Vikings ownership group discussed a code of conduct for the team.
