MySpace 'Porn' Teen in Court

A La Crosse teenager accused of putting naked pictures of a minor on the web stood mute in court Wednesday, so a judge entered a not guilty plea for him.

Alex Phillips, 17, was in La Crosse County Court Wednesday charged with possession of child pornography and child sexual exploitation. Prosecutors say he posted nude photos of a 16-year-old girl on his MySpace page.

La Crosse police say officers in Janesville tipped them off to Phillips' actions.

According to the criminal complaint, police told Phillips he could go to jail for posting the photos, but he told them he'd keep them online anyway.
